Returns & Exchanges

At Pam Pam London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and shoe boxes are protected and included in the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
